The Imperial Range IHR-1HT-12-XB is a 12-inch Add-A-Unit gas model suited to line expansions and focused stations. It features one hot top rated at 30,000 BTU with manual controls for direct adjustment. A stainless steel landing ledge supports staging, and a stainless steel backguard helps contain splatter.
An open cabinet base with a bottom shelf promotes on-line storage, while a removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup. The unit includes a stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate for durable, uniform presentation. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet assist with leveling on uneven floors. cETLus and NSF listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
