The IHR-2-12-M brings concentrated power and line-building flexibility to busy kitchens. This Spec Series Heavy Duty gas, 12-inch-wide modular Add-A-Unit features two open burners delivering a total of 70,000 BTU (20 kW). Cast iron “S” grates come standard, and the stainless steel front and sides support a clean, professional presentation on the cookline.
Built for efficient workflow, the 7-inch-deep landing ledge provides convenient front workspace, while the 6-inch-high backguard keeps the station neatly defined. A removable crumb tray streamlines cleanup between tasks and at the end of service. Certified by cETLus and NSF, this compact unit integrates smoothly into modular configurations without sacrificing performance.
