The Imperial Range IHR-2-18-XB is an 18" Spec Series heavy-duty gas Add-A-Unit designed with (2) open burners and a 70,000 BTU output. Standard cast iron "S" grates provide a sturdy cooking surface, and the unit includes stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate for a unified, professional setup.
For everyday efficiency, the open cabinet base with bottom shelf keeps essentials within reach, while a removable crumb tray supports quick cleanup. The 6" legs with adjustable feet make leveling straightforward, and the unit carries cETLus and NSF listings for applicable compliance needs.
