The Imperial Range IHR-2-1HT-C is a 36" gas spec series heavy duty range built to streamline high-volume workflows. It combines (2) open burners with an 18" hot top, giving chefs the flexibility to sear, simmer, and hold on one platform. Cast iron "S" grates support heavy pots, while a 7" landing ledge provides plating and staging space. A stainless steel front and sides with backguard and kick plate present a clean, durable workspace for the line.
For consistent baking and roasting, the convection oven uses a 1/2 HP blower motor and a porcelain interior for efficient heat circulation and easy cleanup. It includes (3) chrome racks, manual controls for straightforward operation, and a removable crumb tray to speed end-of-shift maintenance. Set it level in any kitchen with 6" legs and adjustable feet. Total input is 155,000 BTU (45 kW) with 120v/1-ph, 6.0 amps. Certified cETLus and NSF.
