Imperial Range’s IHR-2-1HT-M is a 36-inch gas, spec series heavy duty range that brings two open burners together with a single 18-inch wide hot top. Standard cast iron "S" grates and manual controls provide straightforward operation. A removable crumb tray is built in for cleanup, and the unit features stainless steel front and sides. As a modular unit, it measures 36 inches wide and operates on gas.
Total input is 120,000 BTU (35 kW) across the cooktop. The layout includes a 7-inch deep landing ledge at the front and a backguard at the rear. This model carries cETLus and NSF identifiers.
