The Imperial Range IHR-2-1HT-XB is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range built for dependable heat and practical versatility. At 36 inches wide, it combines (2) open burners with cast iron “S” grates and a dedicated 18-inch wide hot top, all controlled with straightforward manual controls. With a total output of 120,000 BTU (35 kW), it delivers strong, responsive performance across searing, simmering, and holding tasks.
Designed to support efficient workflows, this unit features an open cabinet base with a bottom shelf and a removable crumb tray for quick cleanup. A stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use, while the 7-inch-deep landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate aid in organized plating and a cleaner line. Stable positioning is ensured by 6-inch legs with adjustable feet. The IHR-2-1HT-XB is cETLus and NSF listed.
