The Imperial Range IHR-2FT-XB is a 36-inch gas spec series heavy duty range with two 18-inch French tops. Its 70,000 BTU total output and manual controls deliver broad cooking surfaces and straightforward operation for chefs, operators, and facility managers.
Cast iron rings with lift-off covers are included, along with an open cabinet and bottom shelf beneath the cooktop. The exterior features a stainless steel front and sides, plus a stainless steel landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet and cETLus, NSF listings round out the specification.
For operations specifying French tops, this 36-inch gas model offers two 18-inch sections with a combined 70,000 BTU.
