The Imperial Range IHR-2HT-2-E-C is a Spec Series heavy duty electric, 36" model engineered to streamline line-cook workflow. It combines (2) round elements and (2) 12" hot tops with a convection oven, giving kitchens versatile heat on the cooktop and consistent baking capacity below. Infinite heat controls support responsive adjustments service-to-service, while a removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup between rushes. Inside the oven, a porcelain interior and (3) chrome racks keep pans organized and maintenance straightforward.
A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate create a clean, cohesive presentation on the line. The unit stands on 6" legs with adjustable feet for easy leveling and smooth installation. It includes 1/4 HP and carries cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE marks, aligning the IHR-2HT-2-E-C with commercial kitchen specifications.
