The Imperial Range IHR-2HT-2 spec series heavy duty gas range consolidates multiple cooking options into a 36" footprint. Its cooktop combines (2) open burners with cast iron "S" grates and (2) 12" hot tops, paired with a standard oven equipped with (1) chrome rack. This configuration helps organize stations and simplifies line flow.
It includes manual controls, a 7" deep landing ledge, stainless steel front and sides, backguard & kick plate, and 6" legs with adjustable feet. Total input is 120,000 BTU (35 kW). The unit is cETLus and NSF listed.
