The Imperial Range IHR-2HT-2-XB is a 36" gas unit that combines (2) open burners with cast iron "S" grates and (2) 12" hot tops. Delivering 80,000 BTU (23 kW), it pairs direct-flame burners with broad hot-top surfaces to support varied cooking needs at the same station. Manual controls keep operation straightforward and consistent during service.
A 7" deep landing ledge provides room for pans and plating, while the open cabinet base with bottom shelf keeps essentials within reach. Stainless steel front and sides present a clean, professional look, and the backguard and kick plate help maintain a tidy workspace. The 6" legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling. Certified cETLus and NSF.
