The Imperial Range IHR-2HT is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range in a 36-inch footprint. Two 18-inch hot tops allow simultaneous cooking across broad surfaces, while the standard oven adds baking and finishing capability. Manual controls provide direct adjustments to support consistent line operations.
Stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate simplify cleaning and maintain a professional presentation. 6-inch legs with adjustable feet help level the unit for smooth workflow integration. With 120,000 BTU and cETLus and NSF listings, the IHR-2HT supports performance and compliance in commercial kitchens. One chrome rack is included for immediate oven use.
