The Imperial Range IHR-3HT-3-C is a spec series heavy duty gas range built on a 36" wide platform. Its cooking surface combines (3) open burners with cast iron "S" grates and (3) 12" hot tops to handle multiple cooking techniques at once. A 7" deep landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate support organized workflow on the line, while the stainless steel front and sides provide durable, cleanable surfaces.
Below, a convection oven with a 1/2 HP blower motor circulates heat within a porcelain interior outfitted with (3) chrome racks. Manual controls keep operation straightforward, and a removable crumb tray streamlines cleanup. Set and level the unit with 6" legs and adjustable feet. This model delivers 275,000 BTU (81 kW), connects at 120v/1-ph, 6.0 amps, and meets cETLus and NSF standards.
