The Imperial Range IHR-3HT-3-M is a 36" modular, gas spec series heavy duty range designed to streamline high-volume cooking. It combines (3) open burners with cast iron "S" grates and (3) 12" hot tops, giving kitchens flexible power for rapid searing alongside steady, even heat. Manual controls allow straightforward, responsive adjustments. A 7"D landing ledge with backguard provides staging space and protection, while the removable crumb tray speeds cleanup.
