The Imperial Range IHR-4-1HT-C is a 36-inch gas spec series heavy duty range designed to keep a busy line moving. It combines four open burners with standard cast iron “S” grates and a 12-inch hot top for flexible pan work and holding. Manual controls, a removable crumb tray, and stainless steel front and sides support straightforward operation and cleanup, while a 7-inch-deep landing ledge, backguard, kick plate, and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet help fit the unit neatly into your cookline.
A convection oven with a 1/2 HP blower motor anchors the base, featuring a porcelain interior and three chrome racks to handle varied production. Total output is 225,000 BTU (66 kW), with a 120v/1-ph, 6.0-amp electrical connection for the blower. This model is cETLus and NSF listed.
