The Imperial Range IHR-4-1HT-E-C is a 36" electric heavy duty range built to keep busy kitchens moving. Its versatile cooking surface combines (4) round elements with a dedicated 12" hot top, giving operators flexible options in a single footprint. Infinite heat controls allow quick, incremental adjustments across the surface and in the oven to match changing production needs.
Below, a convection oven with (3) chrome racks and a porcelain interior supports efficient loading and straightforward cleaning. A removable crumb tray further streamlines cleanup between rushes. The stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate offer durable, professional presentation, while 6" legs with adjustable feet help level the unit.
