This 36" wide configuration combines (4) open burners with a dedicated 12" hot top, giving chefs fast direct heat and a steady surface for sauces, holding, or finishing. With a total output of 190,000 BTU (56 kW) and manual controls, it delivers dependable performance across varied cooking tasks.
Designed to streamline workflow, the IHR-4-1HT-M features cast iron “S” grates (standard) for rugged pan support, a 7" deep landing ledge for staging, and a removable crumb tray to assist with cleanup between rushes. A stainless steel front, sides, and backguard present a professional look suited to open kitchens and high-traffic operations. This model is cETLus and NSF listed for commercial use.
