The Imperial Range IHR-4-1HT is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range built for high-performance cooking in busy commercial kitchens. Its 36" layout combines (4) open burners with a 12" hot top and a standard oven to support versatile production across the line. With 230,000 BTU (67 kW), it delivers the power chefs and operators need while keeping cooklines organized and productive.
Designed for smooth workflow and straightforward upkeep, this unit features cast iron "S" grates, a 7"D landing ledge, manual controls, and a removable crumb tray. Stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate provide durability and a clean presentation, while 6" legs with adjustable feet help level the equipment in place. The included chrome rack adds oven flexibility, and cETLus and NSF listings support compliance needs for buyers and facility managers.
