The Imperial Range IHR-4-24-XB is a Spec Series heavy duty 24" gas add-a-unit designed to deliver reliable performance on a busy cookline. Four open burners provide a total of 140,000 BTU, while standard cast iron "S" grates support heavy cookware and promote dependable heat transfer. A durable stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate are built to withstand the rigors of daily service.
For smooth workflow, the open cabinet base with bottom shelf keeps tools and pans accessible, and a removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup between services. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet help you level the equipment to match your line. The landing ledge offers extra staging space for pans and plating.
