The Imperial Range IHR-4-C is a 36-inch spec series heavy duty gas range that pairs four open burners with a convection oven to keep production moving efficiently. It delivers 195,000 BTU (57 kW) and features cast iron “S” grates for stable pan support. Inside the oven, a porcelain interior and three chrome racks complement a 1/2 HP blower motor, while manual controls provide straightforward operation.
A 5-inch-deep landing ledge helps stage pans and plates, and a removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup between rushes. The stainless steel front and sides, along with a backguard and kick plate, are built for daily use. The unit stands on 6-inch legs with adjustable feet for accurate leveling and is cETLus and NSF listed.
