The Imperial Range IHR-4-M is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range in a 36 inch wide, modular format. It features four open burners delivering a combined 160,000 BTU (47 kW) with straightforward manual controls for hands-on burner adjustment. This configuration gives chefs and operators reliable heat across a compact footprint suited to a variety of cooklines.
Cast iron “S” grates come standard, paired with a removable crumb tray to simplify cleanouts between shifts. A stainless steel front and sides offer a professional presentation, while the 5 inch deep landing ledge and 6 inch high backguard help organize the cooking area for efficient workflow. Certified cETLus and NSF, this unit is built to meet the demands of commercial kitchens and facility standards.
