The Imperial Range IHR-4 is a 36-inch gas Spec Series heavy duty range with four open burners and cast iron "S" grates. Cast iron "S" grates are standard across the cooktop. The layout delivers multiple cooking zones across the top, while a 5-inch-deep landing ledge and stainless steel front and sides support organized, efficient service on the cookline.
A standard oven with one chrome rack pairs with manual controls for straightforward operation. A removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup, and the backguard, kick plate, and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet aid placement. Total output is 200,000 BTU (59 kW); cETLus and NSF listed.
