Built for busy kitchens, the Imperial Range IHR-6-C is a 36" wide gas heavy duty range with six open burners and cast iron "S" grates. The 5" deep landing ledge supports fast plating and staging, while stainless steel front and sides stand up to constant use. A removable crumb tray, backguard, and kick plate help keep the line organized between rushes.
Its convection oven uses a 1/2 HP blower motor, a porcelain interior, and three chrome racks. Simple manual controls put chefs in direct command of the cooktop and oven. Rated at 275,000 BTU (81 kW) and certified cETLus and NSF, it fits the needs of operators and facility managers.
