The Imperial Range IHR-6-M is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range in a 36-inch modular format, built for busy commercial kitchens. It features six open burners with a combined 240,000 BTU (70 kW) to accommodate multiple tasks at once, making it a practical choice for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers seeking dependable burner capacity and streamlined workflow.
Standard cast iron “S” grates provide robust pan support, while manual controls deliver straightforward operation. A removable crumb tray aids quick cleanups. The stainless steel front and sides, along with a 5-inch-deep landing ledge and backguard, integrate smoothly into the line. The unit is cETLus listed and NSF listed for commercial use.
