Dual tanks with 25 lb. capacity each allow teams to separate menu items or manage simultaneous batches. Tube fired cast iron burners deliver focused heat to the frypots, and millivolt temperature controls provide straightforward temperature management for consistent frying performance.
A stainless steel front, door, sides, basket hanger, and frypot support durability and daily cleanup. The unit includes a wire mesh crumb screen and two nickel-plated baskets to keep product moving and oil cleaner between turns. With 140,000 BTU (41 kW) of input and 6-inch legs, this fryer brings the power and stance operators expect on a busy line.
