Manual controls deliver straightforward, reliable operation, while the oven’s porcelain interior and (3) chrome racks support consistent baking and roasting across multiple positions.
Designed to keep the line moving and the workspace clean, this heavy duty gas range features a 4" grease gutter with 1-gallon can capacity and a durable stainless steel front and sides. A 5"D landing ledge adds plating space, and the backguard & kick plate help maintain a tidy presentation. Set your ideal working height with 6" legs and adjustable feet. With 115,000 BTU performance (34kW) and a 120v/60, 6.0-amp connection, this unit is built for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers who prioritize throughput and cleanability.
