Engineered for busy cooklines, the Imperial Range IHR-G18-1HT combines an 18" griddle and an 18" hot top across a compact 36" gas platform to consolidate multiple tasks in one station. Manual controls keep operations straightforward, while the 5" deep landing ledge supports staging and plating to maintain throughput. A 4" wide grease gutter with 1-gallon can capacity streamlines runoff management to help keep the workspace clear.
This spec series heavy duty range adds a standard oven and includes one chrome rack to expand production. Built with a stainless steel front and sides plus a backguard and kick plate, it stands on 6" legs with adjustable feet for quick leveling. Delivering 120,000 BTU (35 kW) and certified cETLus and NSF, the IHR-G18-1HT suits chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on performance, efficient workflow, and clean presentation.
