The Imperial Range IHR-G18-2-M is a 36-inch modular, gas Spec Series heavy duty range that combines two open burners with an 18-inch griddle. Delivering 120,000 BTU (35 kW), this unit enables sautéing, boiling, and griddle cooking on a single footprint. Certified cETLus and NSF, it meets the requirements of busy commercial operations.
Designed for efficient workflow and straightforward cleaning, it features cast iron “S” grates and a 1-inch thick griddle plate. A 4-inch wide grease gutter with 1-gallon can capacity and a removable crumb tray manage runoff and debris. Stainless steel front and sides, plus a 5-inch deep landing ledge and backguard, support organized station setup. Manual controls keep operation simple across the line.
