The Imperial Range IHR-G18-2-XB is a 36-inch commercial gas heavy duty range built to keep busy kitchens moving. Two open burners with cast iron "S" grates handle high-heat tasks, while the 18-inch griddle’s 1-inch thick plate delivers steady heat for searing and finishing. With a total output of 120,000 BTU (35 kW) and straightforward manual controls, this unit supports consistent performance across the line.
Designed for efficient workflow, the range includes a 4-inch wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity and a removable crumb tray to streamline daily cleanup. The open cabinet base with bottom shelf keeps essentials close at hand. A stainless steel front and sides stand up to rigorous use, and the 5-inch deep landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate help maintain an organized station. Adjustable 6-inch legs make leveling simple. Certified cETLus, ETL, and NSF.
