The Imperial Range IHR-G18-M is an 18" wide, gas, modular Add-A-Unit griddle in the Spec Series heavy duty lineup. Delivering 40,000 BTU (12 kW), it supplies the heat needed for high-output griddling in a compact footprint. Manual controls keep operation straightforward on busy cooklines.
A 4" wide grease gutter and 1-gallon capacity grease can manage runoff during extended service, while the removable crumb tray streamlines cleanup. The 7" deep landing ledge offers staging space at the front, and the 6" high backguard helps contain splatter. Stainless steel front and sides support a clean presentation. This model is cETLus and NSF listed.
