The Imperial Range IHR-G18-XB is an 18-inch gas add-a-unit griddle with an open cabinet base for streamlined line setup. Its 30,000 BTU output and manual controls deliver straightforward operation for daily service. Part of the spec series heavy duty range lineup, it includes a stainless steel landing ledge and backguard.
A 4-inch-wide grease gutter and removable crumb tray manage runoff for efficient cleanup. The stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, and backguard support durability in busy kitchens, while the open cabinet with bottom shelf provides convenient storage. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet help achieve a level install. This spec series heavy duty range is cETLus listed and NSF certified for commercial use.
