The Imperial Range IHR-G24-2-C brings efficient, consolidated cooking to the line with a 36" footprint featuring (2) open burners and a 24" griddle with a 1" thick plate. Cast iron "S" grates support heavy cookware, while a 4" wide grease gutter with 1-gallon can capacity and a removable crumb tray streamline cleanup. A stainless steel front and sides and a 5" deep landing ledge create a durable work surface for staging and plating, complemented by a backguard and kick plate to keep the station organized.
A convection oven adds throughput, powered by a 1/2 HP blower motor and finished with a porcelain interior. Three chrome racks provide flexible pan placement, and manual controls deliver straightforward operation. Adjustable 6" legs help level the unit. With 175,000 BTU and 51 kW total output, plus a 120v/60, 6.0-amp connection for the blower, this gas heavy duty range is built for performance in demanding kitchens and is certified cETLus, ETL, and NSF.
