The Imperial Range IHR-G24-2-M Spec Series heavy duty gas range delivers versatile performance in a compact, 36-inch wide modular footprint. It combines two open burners with standard cast iron “S” grates and a 24-inch wide griddle featuring a 1-inch thick plate, giving chefs the flexibility to boil, sauté, and sear on a single station. With a total of 140,000 BTU (41kW), this unit is built to keep up with demanding service.
Designed to optimize workflow, the 5-inch deep landing ledge and backguard support efficient plating and pan management. Cleanup is streamlined by a 4-inch wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity and a removable crumb tray. Manual controls provide straightforward operation, while the stainless steel front and sides present a professional, durable exterior. Certified cETLus and NSF, this modular range is a smart fit for busy cooklines and facility standards.
