The Imperial Range IHR-G24-2 heavy-duty gas range delivers multiple cook zones in a 36" width. Two open burners with cast iron "S" grates are paired with a 24" griddle built on a 1" thick plate. Manual controls manage each section, and a standard oven with one chrome rack is included. Total output is 180,000 BTU (53 kW).
Workflow-focused details include a 5" deep landing ledge, a removable crumb tray, and a 4" wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity.
