Product Description
The Imperial Range IHR-G24-2-XB is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range for professional kitchens. At 36 inches wide, it combines (2) open burners with cast iron “S” grates (standard) and a 24-inch griddle with a 1-inch thick plate. Manual controls provide straightforward operation. A 4-inch wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity and a removable crumb tray are included for efficient cookline management.
This model features an open cabinet base with bottom shelf, a 5-inch deep landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate. The stainless steel front and sides and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet support a sturdy, adjustable setup. Delivering 140,000 BTU (41 kW), the IHR-G24-2-XB carries cETLus, ETL, and NSF listings.
