This Spec Series heavy duty gas unit is 24 inches wide and modular with Add-A-Unit design, allowing straightforward alignment with other equipment. Delivering 60,000 BTU (18 kW) and equipped with manual controls, it gives operators direct, responsive control over griddle operations to meet high-volume demands.
Daily workflow is supported by a 4-inch-wide grease gutter paired with a 1-gallon capacity grease can and a removable crumb tray for effective runoff and debris collection. A 7-inch-deep landing ledge offers convenient staging space, while the 6-inch-high backguard helps organize the cooking area. Stainless steel front and sides present a clean, professional look in open kitchens. The IHR-G24-M is cETLus and NSF listed.
