The Imperial Range IHR-G36-M is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range built for demanding commercial kitchens. This 36-inch modular unit features a griddle with a 1-inch thick plate and delivers 90,000 BTU (26 kW) to keep high-volume service moving. With straightforward manual controls, it gives the line precise, reliable operation shift after shift.
Workflow and presentation are supported by a 5-inch deep landing ledge and an integrated backguard. A 4-inch wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity streamlines cleanup and keeps the griddle area organized. Stainless steel front and sides deliver a clean, professional look in the cookline.
