Built for demanding line service, the Imperial Range IHR-G36 is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range. Its 36-inch-wide griddle with a 1-inch-thick plate delivers a broad cooking surface, and manual controls support straightforward operation. A 4-inch-wide grease gutter with a 1-gallon can capacity helps maintain a clear work area during service.
This unit includes a standard oven with one chrome rack, allowing cooking on the griddle while baking or finishing in the oven. The stainless steel front and sides are paired with a 5-inch-deep landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate. Standing on 6-inch legs with adjustable feet, the IHR-G36 is rated at 130,000 BTU (38kW) and is cETLus, ETL, and NSF certified.
