The Imperial Range IHR-GT-24-M is a Spec Series heavy-duty gas, 24" wide modular Add-A-Unit griddle designed to elevate line efficiency. Thermostatic controls provide dependable temperature management, and a robust 60,000 BTU (18 kW) input supports high-demand production. A 7" deep landing ledge gives room for pans and plating to keep workflow organized, complemented by a 6" high backguard.
For quick cleanup and continuous service, a 4" wide grease gutter channels runoff to a 1-gallon capacity grease can, while a removable crumb tray streamlines debris removal. Stainless steel front and sides offer a professional look and easy maintenance. The modular Add-A-Unit format integrates seamlessly into existing cooklines. Certified cETLus and NSF.
