Delivering 30,000 BTU (9 kW), this compact unit provides robust heating for busy service.
A 4" wide grease gutter directs runoff to a 1-gallon capacity grease can, and a removable crumb tray streamlines end-of-shift cleanup. Built with a stainless steel front and sides, it also includes a 7" deep landing ledge and 6" high backguard to support organized workflow. Certified cETLus and NSF, this commercial griddle is ready for professional kitchens.
