The Imperial Range IHR-GT12-XB is a Spec Series heavy duty range add-a-unit featuring a 12-inch gas griddle with thermostatic controls. Delivering 30,000 BTU, this unit is designed as a griddle section to integrate with compatible lineups. The cooking surface is governed by thermostatic controls for setpoint operation, and the add-a-unit format provides a compact 12-inch footprint for targeted griddling capacity.
Built for durability, it includes a stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, and backguard. The base is an open cabinet with a bottom shelf. Grease and debris management components include a 4-inch wide grease gutter and a removable crumb tray. The unit stands on 6-inch legs with adjustable feet. Listed to cETLus and NSF.
