Built for demanding kitchens, the Imperial Range IHR-GT18-1HT-M is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range designed for countertop, modular installations. At 36 inches wide, it combines an 18-inch griddle with thermostatic control and an 18-inch hot top, allowing chefs and operators to manage multiple tasks on a single footprint while maintaining organized workflow.
A 4-inch-wide grease gutter with 1-gallon can capacity helps keep the line tidy, while a 5-inch-deep landing ledge and backguard support clean plating and safe operation. The stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use, and the 80,000 BTU (23 kW) output provides the power commercial teams require. This model is cETLus and NSF listed.
