The Imperial Range IHR-GT18-1HT is a 36" gas heavy duty range that unites an 18" thermostatic griddle, an 18" hot top, and a standard oven to keep busy lines moving. The thermostatic control on the griddle supports consistent searing, while the hot top provides flexible heat for pans and stock. With 120,000 BTU (35 kW), it delivers the output needed for demanding service.
Built for efficient workflow, this unit features a 5" deep landing ledge for staging and a 4" wide grease gutter with a 1 gallon can capacity to speed cleanup. The oven includes one chrome rack. A stainless steel front and sides, backguard and kick plate, plus 6" legs with adjustable feet help protect, position, and level the station. cETLus and NSF listings support compliance across commercial operations.
