Dial-in thermostatic control supports consistent searing and holding, while the 4" grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity streamlines grease management during peak service. This spec series heavy duty unit helps maintain pace on busy stations without sacrificing control or space.
Buyers and facility managers will value the stainless steel front and sides, a 5" deep landing ledge, plus a backguard and kick plate that stand up to high-volume use.
