Product Description
The Imperial Range IHR-GT18-2-C brings flexible cooking performance to a 36"W footprint. Two open burners with cast iron "S" grates pair with an 18"W griddle featuring a 1" thick plate and a 4"W grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity. Thermostatic controls help maintain target griddle temperatures to support consistent results and efficient workflow.
A convection oven with a 1/2 HP blower motor promotes even baking and roasting, while the porcelain interior and (3) chrome racks simplify loading and cleaning. A removable crumb tray streamlines maintenance. Built for busy service, it features a stainless steel front and sides, a 5"D landing ledge, and backguard & kick plate, plus 6" legs with adjustable feet for easy leveling. This gas range delivers 155,000 BTU (45kW) and connects at 120v/60, 6.0 amps. Certifications include cETLus, ETL, and NSF.
