The Imperial Range IHR-GT18-2-M combines two open burners with an 18-inch griddle to streamline high-volume cooking on a compact, modular 36-inch platform. Cast iron "S" grates support heavy pans, while the griddle’s 1-inch thick plate and thermostatic controls help maintain consistent temperatures for searing, finishing, and all-day production. A 4-inch wide grease gutter with 1-gallon can capacity and a removable crumb tray simplify end-of-shift cleanup.
Built for busy cooklines, this Spec Series heavy duty range features a stainless steel front and sides, a 5-inch deep landing ledge for staging, and a protective backguard to keep work areas organized. Delivering 120,000 BTU (35 kW) of gas power and certified to cETLus and NSF standards, the IHR-GT18-2-M supports efficient workflows for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers seeking dependable performance.
