Built for busy kitchens, the Imperial Range IHR-GT18-2 is a 36" gas range that streamlines cooking with two open burners, an 18" thermostatic griddle, and a standard oven. Cast iron "S" grates support heavy pots and pans, while a 1" thick griddle plate promotes consistent heat transfer. Total output of 160,000 BTU (47 kW) helps maintain performance across the cooktop and oven.
For workflow, a 5" deep landing ledge provides plating and staging space. A 4" wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity and a removable crumb tray simplify cleanup. Stainless steel front and sides enhance durability and presentation, complemented by a backguard and kick plate. The oven includes one chrome rack, and 6" legs with adjustable feet make leveling straightforward. Certified cETLus, ETL, and NSF.
