The Imperial Range IHR-GT18-2-XB is a 36" gas spec series heavy duty range that combines (2) open burners with an 18" wide griddle to streamline line cooking. Thermostatic controls paired with a 1" thick griddle plate support consistent results for searing, toasting, and finishing, while cast iron "S" grates handle heavy pans and steady heat transfer.
Built for efficient workflow, the unit features an open cabinet base with a bottom shelf to keep essentials within reach. A 5" deep landing ledge improves plating and staging, and stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily cleaning. The backguard and kick plate help maintain a tidy cookline, and 6" legs with adjustable feet allow quick leveling. With 120,000 BTU (35 kW) and cETLus, ETL, and NSF certifications, it delivers the performance and compliance professionals require.
