Maximize line efficiency with the Imperial Range IHR-GT18-M, an 18" wide, gas, modular Add-A-Unit griddle from the Spec Series heavy duty lineup. Delivering 40,000 BTU (12 kW), this unit uses thermostatic controls to set and maintain cooking temperatures, supporting consistent output during peak service.
A 4" wide grease gutter feeds a 1-gallon capacity grease can, and a removable crumb tray collects debris between batches. The build includes stainless steel front and sides, a 7" deep landing ledge, and a 6" high backguard. Listed by cETLus and NSF.
