The Imperial Range IHR-GT18-XB spec series heavy duty range is an 18-inch Add-A-Unit griddle designed for consistent, controlled cooking. Thermostatic controls paired with 30,000 BTU help maintain target temperatures across the griddle. A 4-inch-wide grease gutter and removable crumb tray support faster turnarounds by simplifying cleanup and keeping the work area clear.
An open cabinet base with a bottom shelf keeps essentials close at hand, while the stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, and backguard provide a clean, professional presentation. The 6-inch legs with adjustable feet aid proper leveling. This gas Add-A-Unit is listed cETLus and NSF.
