The Imperial Range IHR-GT24-2-E-M is a Spec Series heavy duty electric, 36-inch modular unit that combines (2) round elements with a 24-inch thermostatic griddle. This configuration supports simultaneous pan work and griddle production on a single station. A 4-inch grease trough, along with a removable grease can and crumb tray, helps streamline cleanup and maintain a tidy line during peak service.
